How does FirstCall Emergency Response System® work?
FirstCall clients wear a pendant either around their neck or on their wrist. If the help button on the pendant or machine is pressed, the Call Response Center operator (not located at ACEC) will communicate through the base machine. If assistance is needed, the operator will call the emergency contacts listed or will request immediate emergency services.
All devices are $39.00 per month, plus taxes
