What is Budget Billing?
Budget Billing gives you more predictable energy bills by balancing seasonal highs and lows, taking the guesswork out of your monthly bill. Once signed up, you'll pay a similar amount every month - making budgeting and planning much easier. Benefits of Budget Billing include:

How it works
You still pay for all the energy you use, but your total costs are spread evenly throughout the year. With Budget Billing, your monthly electric payment for 11 months is based on your prior year's usage and stays the same each month. During the 12th month (what we refer to as your settlement month), your bill is based on actual usage and is adjusted to reflect any over - or underpayment - from the prior 11 months. You can discontinue Budget Billing at any time.
Who is eligible?
Your account must be current to sign up for Budget Billing, and we recommend having 12 months of energy usage history at your service location.
How do I sign up?
Give us a call! We'll look at your prior year's usage, calculate your monthly budget payment and send you a Budget Billing Agreement. Simply return the signed agreement and you're set! Call today - we're ready to answer any questions you may have.
