You or your loved ones can gain independence with our emergency response system that is activated by a fall or by pressing a button.
FirstCall® is available to ACEC members and non-members within our service territory.
How does FirstCall® work?
The FirstCall client wears a pendant either around the neck or on the wrist. When the client presses the pendant, a trained emergency response operator, available 24/7, receives the signal. If emergency medical help is needed, the operator contacts the appropriate support. In a non-emergency, the operator will attempt to contact a family member, friend, or neighbor, who has been designated by the client previously
